This policy explains, in plain English, the cookies and similar browser storage used on rblocal.com by RBLocal (“we,” “us”), operated by Deep Lake Software LLC. It goes with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are

Some are set by our own site (first-party). Others are set by the services we use, such as our chat provider (third-party).
The short version
- We only use cookies needed to run the site, keep it secure, and keep the chat working.
- We do not currently use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or any other analytics or advertising cookies.
- If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Functional (chat and booking)
These let the chat widget, forms, and booking calendar provided by HighLevel (also called LeadConnector) work. They are stored in your browser’s local or session storage.

Analytics and advertising
None. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Fonts
Some pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and Bunny Fonts. These services receive your IP address so they can send the font files, but they do not set cookies on our site.
How to control cookies
You can see, block, or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies, or Site settings > View permissions and data stored across sites
- Safari (Mac): Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Safari (iPhone/iPad): Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
Clearing your site data for rblocal.com also clears the chat widget’s browser storage. The site will still work if you block cookies, but the chat may not keep your conversation as you move between pages, and some security checks may ask you to prove you are not a bot.
Cookie banner
Because we only use cookies needed to run the site and the chat, we do not show a cookie banner. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
